Job Title: Luxury Sales Associate (Commission-Based) Company: Vanamrit | Pure Himalayan Elixir Job Type: Commission-Based / Independent Sales Representative Location: Remote Job Description Vanamrit is a premium tea brand specializing in First Flush Western Himalayan teas, offering a curated collection of green, black, white and oolong teas, along with exclusive herbal blends. Our teas carry European Union Geographical Indication (GI) recognition for their Western Himalayan origin. We are seeking motivated, commercially minded individuals to help expand our presence in domestic and international markets. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong business networks and the ability to identify prospects, develop client relationships and close sales. Key Responsibilities Identify and approach potential buyers, including luxury hotels, resorts, cafés, premium retailers, tea distributors, importers and corporate gifting companies. Generate sales leads and develop new business opportunities. Present Vanamrit’s premium tea collection to prospective clients. Negotiate commercial terms and convert prospects into confirmed orders. Build long-term relationships with wholesale buyers and distribution partners. Follow up with prospects and manage sales opportunities through closure. Compensation Commission: 10% of sales successfully closed by you. Fixed Salary: None. Earning Potential: Performance-based, with no fixed upper limit. Commission is payable on qualifying sales in accordance with the company’s agreed payment terms. This is a purely commission-based opportunity. You earn by closing deals. There is no fixed monthly salary. Requirements Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. Ability to identify prospective customers and generate business independently. Existing connections in hospitality, premium retail, specialty foods, tea distribution or corporate procurement are an advantage. A self-motivated and results-oriented approach to sales.
