We are seeking a Back of House Associate – Store Operations & Sales Support to play an important role in maintaining the presentation and seamless operation of our luxury retail environment. This position is approximately evenly split between store presentation and cleanliness and sales floor operational support , ensuring that both clients and associates experience an elevated, polished environment at all times. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards, works with urgency, and is interested in learning the foundations of luxury retail. For individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic, professionalism, communication skills, and an interest in client engagement, this position can provide a pathway toward a future Sales Associate opportunity. Sales & Operational Support Run merchandise quickly and accurately to support Sales Associates and client needs. Move efficiently between departments and floors with a strong sense of urgency and awareness of sales priorities. Maintain neat, organized, and efficient stockrooms and back-of-house areas. Assist with merchandise movement, replenishment, organization, and other daily store operations. Support management and sales teams with additional operational responsibilities as needed. Store Presentation & Maintenance Maintain a pristine sales environment through daily dusting and cleaning of fixtures, displays, glass, mirrors, and fitting rooms. Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and ensure all surfaces consistently meet luxury presentation standards. Clean interior and exterior windows and maintain a polished, welcoming store entrance. Reset fitting rooms promptly and clean high-touch areas throughout the day. Remove trash, maintain common areas, and complete detailed daily cleaning checklists. Continuously monitor the sales floor and address presentation or cleanliness needs as they arise. Growth & Development Learn luxury service standards, proper product handling, and client experience expectations. Build foundational knowledge of merchandise, departments, and overall store operations. Develop the professionalism, reliability, communication skills, and sense of urgency required for a client-facing role. High-performing associates who demonstrate initiative, strong communication skills, and client-focused potential may be considered for future Sales Associate opportunities . Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in cleaning, retail sales or support, stock, operations, or a similar role required. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume luxury retail environment. Strong attention to detail and a high standard for cleanliness and presentation. Comfortable working around high-value merchandise with care and discretion. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods. Reliable, punctual, professional, and accountable. Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Strong communication skills and the ability to take direction. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
