Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Store Manager at our Las Vegas, NV location. The Assistant Store Manager will assist in overseeing daily store operations, optimize customer service, and support the Store Manager in achieving sales and operational goals. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining store appearance. Additionally, the role requires adherence to retail loss prevention standards and fostering a positive store environment. Duties Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures Lead, motivate, and supervise team members to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize sales potential Handle employee orientation, training & development to foster a knowledgeable and engaged team Conduct interviewing and recruiting processes to attract top talent for retail positions Manage payroll, cash handling, bookkeeping, and POS (Point of Sale) systems with accuracy and integrity Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities to boost store visibility and sales performance Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and store procedures Assist with purchasing decisions, pricing strategies, and inventory control to optimize profitability Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries professionally using phone etiquette and effective communication skills Experience Proven assistant manager or supervisory experience within a luxury retail environment Strong background in retail sales management, including team supervision and shift management Demonstrated skills in, merchandising, inventory management, and retail math Experience with POS systems, cash handling, accounting, and payroll management Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse customer bases Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Familiarity with marketing strategies, wireless sales (if applicable), and customer engagement techniques Leadership qualities with the ability to train staff effectively and foster a positive team environment Knowledge of retail math concepts such as pricing strategies, budgeting, and sales analysis Join us as an Assistant Store Manager where your enthusiasm for retail management can shine!
