Job Summary Lumpers keep warehouse distribution moving by loading, unloading, and organizing materials for accurate, timely shipment. You’ll use safe manual handling practices and material handling equipment to support warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, and inventory management. This is an active role involving heavy lifting and coordination with warehouse teammates. Duties Load and unload freight, sort materials, and build or break down pallets according to shipment needs. Pick orders using an order picker or RF (radio frequency) scanner; verify quantities with basic math. Operate approved equipment, such as pallet jacks, forklifts, clamp trucks, and cranes, when trained and authorized. Track and organize inventory, report discrepancies or damaged goods, and keep work areas orderly. Your impact: Accurate, safe handling helps warehouse teams prepare complete orders and helps customers receive the materials they need. Qualifications Ability to perform heavy lifting and repetitive manual handling safely. Warehouse experience, including order picking, shipping and receiving, or materials handling, is preferred. Experience operating heavy equipment or material handling equipment is preferred; Basic math skills Pay: $170.00 per day Work Location: In person
