Job Description Quick Hands Logistics is currently hiring dependable and hardworking individuals for a seasonal Lumper position in Gardena, CA. Employees will be responsible for unloading and loading shipping containers, handling merchandise, and performing general warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities Load and unload merchandise from shipping containers. Manually move, sort, stack, and organize products. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow safety procedures and warehouse guidelines. Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily production goals. Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned. Qualifications Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Ability to lift and move merchandise as required. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Ability to work overnight hours. Previous warehouse or container-unloading experience is a plus but not required. Additional Information Starting time: 11:30 PM Shift duration: 6–8 hours, depending on workload. Hourly pay: $19.00. Seasonal assignment: November through January.
