Lubricant Warehouse & Operations Manager

Flynn Energy is seeking a dependable, safety-focused Lubricant Warehouse & Operations Manager to oversee daily lubricant warehouse operations, inventory, product handling, delivery vehicles, and equipment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily warehouse and lubricant operations Receive and inventory packaged and bulk lubricants Manage product handling, loading, and distribution Maintain accurate inventory and product movement records Perform inventory counts and quality-control checks Coordinate preventive maintenance and assist with troubleshooting Ensure delivery vehicles, equipment, and work areas are maintained safely Follow and enforce all company safety policies and procedures Work closely with management, maintenance personnel, and other team members Ideal Candidate: Strong organizational and communication skills Strong computer skills, working knowledge of MS Excel preferred Safety-minded and dependable Experience with warehouse, inventory, petroleum/lubricant, transportation, or industrial operations preferred Mechanical aptitude is a plus Able to work independently and as part of a team Benefits: Geisinger Health Insurance with $1000 deductible Vision and Dental 401K Accident and Disability Insurance Whole and Term Life Insurance Paid orientation and training Accrue paid time off upon hire Weekly pay periods We are looking for someone who takes pride in maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient operation.
