Position: LTL Dispatcher Experience Required: Minimum 3–4 years of LTL dispatch experience Specialization: LTL ONLY Salary: Discussed based on experience and qualifications Requirements: Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on LTL dispatch experience Strong knowledge of LTL operations, routing, scheduling, and load planning Experience booking and managing LTL shipments Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to coordinate with drivers, customers, and brokers Please note: We are specifically looking for candidates with proven LTL dispatch experience. General dispatch experience without LTL experience will not be considered.
