LTL Clerk (Less Than Truckload)

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated LTL Clerk (Less Than Truckload) to join our logistics and warehouse team. In this role, y you will oversee our freight shipping logistics, making sure every pallet is properly documented, labeled, and dispatched with speed and accuracy. You will blend active warehouse floor duties with essential computer work, collaborating closely with our shipping team and carrier partners to ensure our products reach their destinations without a hitch. Duties Create manual Bills of Lading (BOLs) and upload them to Sellercloud. Ship orders using the BOL uploaded to the system. Collect and accurately upload Proof of Delivery (POD) documents. Print and precisely apply labels at each pallet. After labeling, add the shipments to the LTL log. Complete thorough quality checks before shipment. Confirm correct carrier lanes for outgoing freight. Take accurate pallet photos for quality and tracking purposes. Ensure all outgoing products meet strict quality requirements. Utilize a laptop or computer to efficiently complete daily tasks. Demonstrate the ability to complete various administrative tasks as needed. Actively troubleshoot problems to prevent shipping delays. Perform all other duties as assigned by the warehouse shipping lead. Experience A minimum of 2 years of working experience in a warehouse environment is required. Ability to utilize Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to complete daily tasks, such as a forklift or pallet jack, including working at heights up to 35 feet. Must be capable of lifting items weighing up to 100 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts. Strict adherence to all safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards. Expected to proactively raise issues as they arise within the workflow.
