Lowboy Driver

C.W. Matthews Contracting Co., Inc., the leading asphalt manufacturer and road builder in the southeast, has immediate opening for a Lowboy Driver to join our asphalt operations in Middle Tennessee. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting heavy equipment and oversized loads using a lowboy trailer. This role requires a professional driver with excellent driving skills, a strong safety record, and the ability to handle specialized endorsements. - Responsibilities: Operate lowboy trailers to transport heavy and oversized equipment to various job sites Ensure all loads are properly secured and comply with DOT regulations. Perform some interstate travel Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and trailer.
