Low Voltage Service Dispatcher

Job Summary As a Low Voltage Service Dispatcher, you’ll coordinate work order requests with technician schedules to keep work moving smoothly. You’ll manage phone calls, calendars, dispatch details, and communicate updates to customers and internal teams. Your impact: Clear, timely dispatching helps customers receive responsive service and enables technicians to arrive prepared. Duties Receive and prioritize work order requests using online platforms. Dispatch technicians and allocate tools; coordinate schedules, routes, and updates. Maintain accurate records through data entry, typing, and Google Word docs. Communicate with customers, technicians, and partners; apply analysis skills to resolve scheduling issues and support road transportation operations. Requirements Strong customer service, phone communication, internal communication, organizational, and communication skills. Experience with dispatching, logistics, or related operations is preferred. Comfortable learning dispatch and transportation systems; experience with the listed platforms is helpful.
