About MelroseINC MelroseINC is a premier systems integrator headquartered in Los Angeles serving enterprise, aerospace, government, media & entertainment, and commercial clients. We design, build, deploy, and support mission-critical technology infrastructure including structured cabling, fiber optics, enterprise networking, wireless, access control, video surveillance, conference rooms, audiovisual systems, and data centers. Our reputation has been built on technical excellence, responsiveness, and an unwavering commitment to customer success. Position Summary MelroseINC is seeking an experienced Integrations Project Manager to oversee the planning, estimating, and execution of infrastructure and systems integration projects. This role serves as the primary liaison between Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Warehouse, Field Services, Vendors, and Customers to ensure projects are scoped accurately, staffed appropriately, and delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position is based in Los Angeles and requires in-person work, including travel to client and job sites as needed. It is not a remote position. The ideal candidate brings hands-on field experience in low-voltage infrastructure — structured cabling, fiber optics, security systems, and AV — paired with strong people-management, estimating, and communication skills. Responsibilities Manage multiple infrastructure and systems integration projects simultaneously, from kickoff through final customer acceptance. Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, budgets, and procurement timelines. Coordinate internal departments, customers, subcontractors, vendors, and field technicians throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project progress and proactively address scheduling conflicts, budget concerns, material shortages, and other risks. Conduct or oversee site walkthroughs and surveys to assess project scope and site conditions. Review project scope, technical drawings, and specifications to confirm requirements before work begins and ensure estimates reflect actual project needs. Coordinate procurement, equipment deliveries, and material availability with vendors, Procurement, and Warehouse. Track labor, materials, and job costs against approved budgets and estimates. Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation — including as-built drawings, punch lists, commissioning records, and closeout packages. Prepare accurate, detailed quotes, estimates, and proposals, including material and labor take-offs based on technical job requirements (cable types, termination hardware, fiber/splicing components, cameras, access control devices, AV equipment). Partner with Sales and Engineering to refine scope, pricing, and equipment specifications prior to proposal submission. Provide regular project and department status updates to customers and executive leadership. Support project closeout, including final documentation and customer acceptance/turnover. Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, vendors, and subcontractors. Qualifications Required 3–5 years of hands-on field experience in structured cabling, fiber optics and fusion splicing, security/CCTV installation, access control, or audiovisual/low-voltage systems. Experience overseeing or supervising installation technicians, installers, or field crews. Demonstrated ability to conduct site walkthroughs and translate site conditions into accurate scope, material, and labor estimates. Experience preparing quotes, estimates, or proposals for low-voltage, structured cabling, or systems integration projects. Ability to read blueprints, construction drawings, riser diagrams, and technical documentation. Experience tracking project budgets, labor, materials, and schedules. Experience preparing or managing change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solvi…
