Overview: We are seeking a lot technician to join our team. As a lot technician you will be responsible for servicing and repairing portables and trailers to be ready for delivery. Duties: 1. Unit preparation and inventory Wash, sanitize and deodorize returned portable toilets. Inspect units for damage, missing parts and necessary repairs. Restock toilet paper, hand sanitizer and other required supplies. Prepare units for upcoming deliveries and ensure they meet company standards. 2. Equipment maintenance and repairs Perform minor repairs on portable toilets and restroom trailers. Replace damaged door latches, hinges, vents, seats and other components. Identify units requiring more extensive repairs and report them to management. Maintain pumps, hoses, pressure washers and other yard equipment. Perform routine inspections to prevent equipment failures. Keep maintenance records for equipment and units. 3. Yard organization and cleanliness Keep the yard clean, organized and free of unnecessary clutter. Properly stack and arrange portable toilets in designated areas. Maintain clear access for delivery trucks, vacuum trucks and trailers. Organize equipment according to availability and condition. Maintain a clean wash bay and designated cleaning areas. Properly dispose of waste and used supplies in accordance with company procedures. 4. Delivery and pickup preparation Pull and stage units for scheduled deliveries. Verify unit quantities and types against daily work orders. Ensure units are clean, stocked and ready before loading. Assist drivers with loading and unloading when needed. Verify that the correct equipment is assigned to each job. Help prepare restroom trailers and accessories for delivery. 5. Supplies and inventory management Monitor inventory of toilet paper, chemicals, sanitizer and repair parts. Notify management when supplies are running low. Receive and organize incoming inventory. Maintain an organized parts and supply area. 6. Safety and compliance Follow proper procedures for handling sanitation chemicals and waste. Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Operate tractor and other machinery only when properly trained and authorized. Maintain safe loading, unloading and washing practices. Keep walkways and work areas free of hazards. Report injuries, spills, unsafe conditions and damaged equipment immediately. Requirements: - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no CDL required). -Basic tool knowledge and problem solving skills to be able to perform repairs on, but not limited to portables, and restroom trailers. - Ideal candidates will have one or more years in a service related role with troubleshooting and problem solving skills. - Must be able to work 8-10 hour days and be able to lift 50-150 pounds throughout the day. - Experience driving smaller tractor preferred but not required. - Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. -Candidate must be flexible, reliable, punctual, and have a good work history.
