Cycle Works Red Deer is looking for a reliable, hardworking Yard / Lot Attendant to join our busy powersports dealership team. You will play a key role in keeping our lot organized, units looking sharp, and inventory moving safely between the yard, showroom, and service departments. [1, 2, 3]Key Responsibilities Inventory Management: Safely move, park, and organize motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and marine units around the yard and showroom (handling equipment up to 800 lbs with proper training/gear). Yard Maintenance: Keep the outdoor lot and compound clean, tidy, and free of debris, snow, and safety hazards. Unit Prep & Display: Wash, detail, and stage inventory so units look their best for customers. Assist with loading and unloading customer or dealer freight. [1] Cross-Department Support: Assist the parts, sales, and service teams with moving equipment and running general errands around the dealership site as needed. What We Are Looking For Passion for Powersports: An interest in motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, or marine equipment. Physical Fitness: Ability to lift 50+ lbs and spend the day on your feet outdoors in various weather conditions. Valid License: A clean, valid Class 5 driver’s license (and an acceptable driver’s abstract). Work Ethic: A dependable, self-motivated attitude with a strong focus on workplace safety and organization. What We Offer Competitive Wages: Starting at $18.00 – $22.00 per hour based on experience.
