Job Responsibilities Logistics Operations & Customer Service Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including ocean freight, air freight, and trucking. Communicate with customers, carriers, warehouses, and overseas partners. Arrange shipments, track deliveries, and provide timely status updates. Prepare shipping documents and assist with freight quotations and bookings. Respond to customer inquiries and help resolve operational issues. Support daily office operations and administrative tasks. Maintain accurate shipment records and ensure timely follow-up on pending matters. Qualifications Required Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Korean. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. Responsible, dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel. Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Proficiency in both Korean and English is strongly preferred. Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, or customer service is a plus. Familiarity with import/export procedures and shipping documentation is an advantage.
