NOW HIRING: NON-EMERGENCY MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION DRIVERS American Way Transportation, Inc. Hiring drivers in the Randolph / Canton, MA area! We are looking for responsible, friendly, and reliable drivers to transport members safely to and from Adult Day Habilitation Facilities. Monday–Friday ONLY — No weekends! Availability required between 6:30 AM and 4:30 PM ✅ Qualifications Must be 25 years of age or older Valid driver's license from MA, RI, CT, NY, ME, or VT Minimum of 3 years of driving experience Good driving record for the past 7 years Clean background check Must pass a 10-panel drug test Drug-free workplace — no marijuana allowed Must have a cell phone and be comfortable using smartphones and tablets Job Responsibilities Transport members safely and punctually to and from Adult Day Habilitation Facilities Follow all federal, state, and local traffic laws and company policies Maintain clear communication with dispatchers and clients Provide friendly, professional, and compassionate service to seniors and individuals with disabilities Complete all assigned trips accurately and follow schedules Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills Benefits Paid sick time Vehicle insurance, maintenance, and fuel covered by the company Interested in joining our team?
