Long Haul Truck Driver

Up to .84cents/mile(includes picks/drops/border crossings) - Paid $ 30 hourly wait time after 2 + hours - Paid training and endorsements - Company fuel cards, wash program and expense accounts - Numerous bonus incentives (referrals, clean inspections, no speeding incidents, most revenue generated, etc.) - 407 toll transponders - 24/7 access to dispatch and resources - Clean Pre-Emission and late model trucks available - Dedicated trucks no slip seating - Home on weekends (Optional weekend work available upon request) - Consistent year-round work - Dedicated lanes available ____________________________________________________________________ Our Requirements from you - 3 years Experience Driving Manual Transmission - Documentation verifying experience - Valid AZ drivers license - Recent resume, Clean Drivers abstract and CVOR - Dump experience would be an asset - An understanding of Agricultural industry would be an asset - Willingness to learn and grow with a family based company - A commitment and dedication to quality work and customer service - Proven track record of reliability and safety - Excellent interpersonal and communicational skills both written and verbal - Ambition, punctuality, and time management with a can do attitude ________________________________________________________________________ Responsibilities - Pre-trip inspections; Involve walking, bending, lifting and releasing the king pin from the fifth wheel. [Approximately 50 pounds pulling force and winding dolly legs up or down] - Loading and off loading Bulk / Dump products - Tarping (Opening and closing the trailer tarp on dump trailers, approximately 15 pounds force twisting the tarp crank to open and up to 60 pounds pulling to close) - Cleaning Trailers out (Sweeping the trailer after unloading – climbing, bending and walking.) - Cleaning Trailers with Frozen product inside - Removal of cross bows along the top of trailer (Requires hammer to remove all 10 cross bows) - Climbing in and out of the tractor (approximately but not limiting to 2-4 times daily) - Driving (Driving can vary between 1 to 4 hours sitting and shifting the transmission) - Walking on uneven ground at different facilities while loading and off loading - Dealing with Malfunctioning equipment (Trailer doors could get stuck, Trailer bows not easily coming out, issues with trapping system that may need extra force) - Maximizing load sizes - Knowledge of axle weights - Safe operation of equipment - All paperwork (logbook, customs, trip envelopes) - Writing up equipment with defects - Fueling on a daily basis - Keeping Truck clean inside - Use of electronic Logging device We Thank all applicants for their interest; however, only qualified candidates will be contacted for interviews Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $1,800.00-$2,400.00 per week Benefits: Casual dress Dental care Extended health care Paid time off Vision care Work Location: In person
