Position Summary: The Logistics Warehouse Technician will provide operational and logistical support to help maintain an efficient, organized, and responsive warehouse environment. This position contributes to the readiness of equipment and resources needed to support ongoing projects and emergency response operations. The role requires a dependable, adaptable team member who can effectively respond to changing operational priorities in a fast-paced environment. Essential Job Functions: The following duties are considered essential to the role. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions: Manage supply and asset inventory to ensure equipment and supplies are kept in a ready state. Receive, inventory, and process returned equipment and supplies in a timely fashion. Receive and store goods in the appropriate locations within the warehouse. Perform routine inventory checks and notify management of low inventory on key operational items. Drive supplies and equipment to project sites (sometimes in a box truck) as needed. Prepare and complete warehouse orders. Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse. Assist with miscellaneous labor tasks at the corporate office located in Maitland, FL. Required Qualifications: Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment which may reach high temperatures during summer months. Must be able to work long-hours on short notice, including weekends, to support emergency response field operations. Must be able to partake in short-term travel or extensive driving, sometimes on short notice, depending on project requirements. Must be able to report to our warehouse in Orlando, FL from Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (weekends/overtime on an as needed basis). Preferred Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in logistics or warehousing. Experience driving box trucks. Proficiency at using Microsoft Excel. Physical Requirements: Must be able to regularly lift and carry 40lbs without assistance. Must be able, with assistance as needed, to lift and carry packages and equipment heavier than 40lbs. Work Environment / Environmental Factors: This is a full-time, temporary position. This position is 100% onsite in Orlando, Florida. The work environment may change based on project and operational needs. Compensation: The salary range for this position is $18–$20 per hour (depending on experience). The base salary range represents the low and high end of the compensation scale for this role. Actual salaries will be determined based on location, experience, responsibilities, and qualifications.
