Logistics / Warehouse Supervisor

Overview Lead fast-moving warehouse operations that keep products flowing accurately from receiving through shipment. As the Logistics / Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll guide a team, coordinate distribution activities, and strengthen processes across inventory, shipping, and receiving. Your impact: Accurate inventory control and dependable order flow help warehouse teams and customers receive the right products when they need them. Duties Direct daily warehouse operations, including warehouse distribution, shipping and receiving, and materials handling. Lead, schedule, and coach team members; communicate priorities clearly and support safe, consistent performance. Oversee inventory management using inventory management systems and a warehouse management system (WMS); use radio-frequency (RF) scanners to track stock and resolve discrepancies. Operate or oversee forklifts and other material handling equipment; support safe heavy lifting practices and follow Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements. Improve workflows using process improvement and lean management practices; coordinate with logistics partners, including third-party logistics (3PL) providers, and support e-commerce and distribution center operations. Experience Warehouse supervisor experience and hands-on warehouse experience, including warehouse management and inventory control. Demonstrated team leadership, team management, and clear managerial communication. Familiarity with logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office. Ability to operate a forklift and other material handling equipment safely; able to perform job-related heavy lifting. Experience with warehouse distribution, shipping and receiving, or e-commerce is valuable; knowledge of lean management and OSHA practices is preferred.
