Logistics Support Specialist

We are seeking a dependable and organized Logistics Support Specialist to assist with day-to-day logistics and warehouse operations. This position supports the movement, tracking, and coordination of materials and shipments while helping ensure orders are processed accurately and on schedule. Responsibilities Assist with coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments Track orders, deliveries, and shipment status Prepare and verify shipping and receiving documentation Maintain accurate inventory and logistics records Communicate with warehouse staff, drivers, carriers, and other team members Help resolve routine shipping, receiving, and delivery issues Verify quantities and basic shipment information for accuracy Update internal systems and records as needed Assist with scheduling pickups and deliveries Support general warehouse and logistics operations when required Follow company procedures and workplace safety guidelines Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous logistics, warehouse, shipping, receiving, or administrative experience is helpful but not required Basic computer and data-entry skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to communicate effectively with team members Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Pay: $26.80 - $32.30 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Flexible schedule Parental leave Retirement plan Tuition reimbursement Work Location: In person
