Logistics Support Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support day-to-day logistics and warehouse operations, help coordinate the movement of goods, maintain accurate records, and ensure orders and shipments are processed efficiently. Responsibilities Support daily shipping, receiving, and logistics operations Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments Prepare and verify shipping documents, labels, and order information Track shipments and update delivery or order status as needed Communicate with warehouse staff, carriers, drivers, and other team members Assist with inventory records and product movement Verify quantities and report damaged, missing, or incorrect items Enter and maintain accurate information in company systems Help resolve routine shipping and delivery issues Maintain organized logistics documentation and records Follow company procedures and workplace safety guidelines Assist with other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned Qualifications Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, shipping, receiving, or a related field is preferred but not required Basic computer and data-entry skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively with team members Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team Willingness to learn company logistics procedures and systems Pay: $25.70 - $30.90 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Flexible schedule Parental leave Retirement plan Tuition reimbursement Work Location: In person
