Job Description

• This role performs administrative and clerical tasks in support of the factory logistics team. 

• Responsibilities include maintaining organized files, processing documentation, and retrieving information in a timely manner while adhering to established procedures and guidelines.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

• Perform routine administrative and clerical duties to support the logistics group.

• Maintain and file letters, memoranda, invoices, and other indexed records according to established filing systems.

• Retrieve data and correspondence from files upon request within required timeframes.

• Support factory logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, packaging, inventory picking, kitting, and stocking activities.

 

 

Qualifications

 

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• 2–4 years of related administrative or logistics experience.

• Working knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a logistics or administrative environment.

• Ability to follow written instructions and established guidelines.

 

 

Work Environment & Supervision

 

• Works under immediate supervision and follows defined processes.

• Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

 

 

Physical & Environmental Considerations

 

• Lifting requirements generally range from 10–15 lbs with minimal repetition.

• Minimal exposure to machinery, chemical, biological, or physical risks.

 

 

Technology & Tools

 

• Associates may use the following tools and systems to perform job duties:

 

• Computer systems

• SAP

• Microsoft Office (including Microsoft Excel)

• Microsoft Teams

• Barcode scanners
