Requires strong leadership, technical, and problem-solving skills to manage a Logistics team and ensure compliance with company policies and Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) requirements. Responsible for On the Job (OTJ) training, professional development and advancement of assigned stockroom personnel. Will assist in establishing both team and individual goals. Responsible for all personnel activity related to human resources, include hiring, mentoring and disciplinary actions. Monitors labor and approves overtime. Uses data and metrics to drive KPI performance. Drives process improvements. Enforces company policies including safety & security. Executes unplanned changes to strategy. Responds to customer requirements in a timely manner. Monitors employee trainings to ensure they are up to date. Prepare teams and support audits for Customers, internal and external, DCMA, DCAA, and Financial Auto req ID 485062BR Minimum Education Required High School/GED Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities Required Education, Experience, & Skills Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 4 years work experience or equivalent experience Previous leadership experience in a professional manufacturing and warehouse setting. Ability to connect with people of diverse backgrounds and experiences. Excellent written and spoken communication skills Microsoft Office Suite saavy Ability to analyze data and use it to make informed decisions and improvements Willingness to hold people accountable and be held accountable Ability to respond quickly to a dynamic work environment. Six Sigma Belt Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $82779 - $140723 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
