Logistics & Store Replenishment Specialist

We're looking for a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Logistics & Store Replenishment Specialist to support daily deliveries, inventory replenishment, and store operations across our Atlanta-area locations. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in their work, and can operate independently without constant supervision. Position Overview The Logistics & Store Replenishment Specialist is responsible for safely transporting products between our kitchen, storage areas, and retail locations while ensuring that each market is properly stocked, organized, clean, and ready for customers. This role requires strong time management, attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to identify and report operational issues. You will be responsible for making sure the right products arrive at the right stores, on time, every time. Key Responsibilities Delivery & Logistics Pick up prepared meals, beverages, snacks, and other inventory from designated locations. Deliver products to multiple Nourish + Bloom Market locations throughout the Atlanta metro area. Follow assigned delivery routes and daily schedules. Ensure deliveries are accurate, complete, and made on time. Properly load, secure, transport, and unload inventory. Maintain appropriate food temperatures and safe handling procedures during transportation. Communicate delays, missing products, or delivery issues immediately. Inventory & Store Replenishment Restock refrigerators, shelves, displays, and other merchandise areas. Ensure products are properly arranged, labeled, and priced. Rotate inventory using first-in, first-out (FIFO) procedures. Check product expiration dates and remove expired or damaged items. Identify low-stock and out-of-stock products. Count and verify inventory when requested. Report discrepancies between delivered and expected product quantities. Help minimize product waste and inventory loss. Store Appearance & Quality Control Ensure all assigned locations are clean, neat, and properly stocked. Keep shelves, refrigerators, and displays organized and visually appealing. Check that shelf labels and pricing information are correct. Report equipment issues, damaged merchandise, or store maintenance concerns. Take and submit photos of completed deliveries and stocked shelves. Follow company procedures for accessing and securing autonomous stores. Communication & Accountability Provide daily updates on completed deliveries and store conditions. Communicate regularly with the Operations Manager and kitchen team. Follow delivery instructions and complete assigned tasks without constant supervision. Use company-approved apps and digital tools to document deliveries and inventory. Respond professionally to operational changes and urgent needs. Required Qualifications Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle suitable for daily deliveries. Current automobile insurance and a satisfactory driving record. Comfortable driving between multiple locations throughout the Atlanta metro area. Ability to lift, carry, and move products weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday. Comfortable using smartphones, mobile applications, and GPS navigation. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent time management and dependability. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Ability to comply with a strict smoke-free and vape-free policy during work, deliveries, and food handling.
