Logistics Specialist – Semiconductor Robotics (KID-36369)

An international semiconductor equipment manufacturing company is actively seeking a Logistics Specialist to join their office near Lowell, MA. A successful candidate has experience with international import Logistics and Incoterms, and customs, etc. Responsibilities of Logistics Specialist Work closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers and shipping companies for daily import operations Coordinate documentations for shipping and other files to ensure the on-time delivery for customers and is in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations Provide customer service and serve as primary contract for domectic customers, managing order entry, logistics operations, etc. Manage customer's portal to updates all activities, including submitting purchase orders, parts orders, quotes and sales orders etc Monitor inventory to ensure products are distributed in timely manner with company’s standard fill rate Perform all other duties as assigned Qualifications of Logistics Specialist 2-5 years of experience in the international logistics field Experience in manufacturing company is a big plus Knowledge of Incoterms, US customers clearance processes, etc Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communication or related field Strong leadership skills in team environment and management skill to bring positive atmosphere to the team Ability to be flexible to work effectively with wide variety of people and to work responsibly and effectively in a multicultural environment Excellent communication (Speaking, Writing, Reading, Listening) and presentation Skills Ability to multi-task and perform duties time efficiently Team-worker, Detail-oriented, Responsible, Punctual, Self-motivated Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel Activ8 Recruitment & Solutions / Renaissance Resources Inc. has been a trusted leader in North American recruiting for Japanese businesses for over 25 years.
