The Logistics Specialist – Final Mile will need to establish high levels of trust with customers that they can be counted on to deliver. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Provide premium levels of customer service for shippers and consignee Support return processing by intaking request and scheduling return shipment Maintain composure to solve problems that occur within the process of pick-up or delivery.
