Sunberry Limited,LLCJob Description Logistics Specialist Sunberry Limited is seeking a Logistics Specialist to join our Supply Chain Team in Farmington Hills, MI. This role is responsible for coordinating and managing outbound transportation of finished goods to customers while ensuring cost-effective freight solutions and strong collaboration across internal teams, warehouse partners, transportation providers, and customers. The Logistics Specialist will serve as a key point of contact for customers and transportation partners, ensuring orders are delivered efficiently and accurately while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, which is used company-wide to monitor and analyze orders, carrier performance, and inventory levels. Key Responsibilities Oversee outbound finished goods shipments to customers. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, carriers, warehouse providers, and internal teams by coordinating orders, providing shipment updates, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Book and manage LTL, FTL, and intermodal shipments. Negotiate transportation rates with carriers to ensure cost-effective freight solutions. Track shipments and resolve transportation issues to minimize service disruptions. Assist in identifying opportunities to improve transportation efficiency and reduce freight costs. Monitor inventory availability and communicate potential order fulfillment concerns to appropriate teams. Support Sales and Operations on special projects related to warehouse and logistics operations. Maintain professional and technical knowledge through ongoing development aligned with organizational strategic goals. Education, Experience, and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred. Three (3) to five (5) years of logistics, transportation, customer service, or supply chain experience. Experience managing LTL, FTL, and intermodal freight preferred. Working knowledge of U.S. and Canadian customs procedures preferred. Experience working with warehouse providers and transportation carriers. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities. Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
