Logistics Specialist - Driver/Whse

POSITION SUMMARY Support the Facilities Manager and warehouse operations by receiving, picking, and shipping inventory, and by maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse. Assist with occasional deliveries and equipment stocking at customer locations as needed, and support all staff members and management with daily shipping and inventory needs. Essential Functions Statement(s) Receive, inspect, and stock incoming warehouse shipments and inventory Pick and pull orders from stock inventory accurately and efficiently Print and process pick tickets for warehouse orders Prepare items for shipping and print shipping labels Maintain cleanliness, labeling, and organization in the warehouse and shipping area Assist with annual physical inventory counts & Daily Inventory Cycle Counts Maintain delivery schedule and pull VMI delivery inventory as needed Make occasional VMI and other deliveries; stock equipment at customer locations Troubleshoot and repair vending machine issues as needed Process Call When Available Queue as needed Maintain cleanliness, labeling, and organization in customer vending areas as needed POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Competency Statement(s) Communication, Oral - Ability to communicate effectively with others using the spoken word. SKILLS & ABILITIES Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) Experience: 1 plus years of experience in related field.
