Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mississauga, ON, supporting various functions within Radius Logistics’ 3PL operations. Day-to-day responsibilities may include coordinating transportation and logistics activities, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring timely and accurate shipment handling. Team members may assist with documentation, data entry, and communication with internal departments and external partners to maintain smooth supply chain operations. The role involves collaborating closely with colleagues to resolve issues, support customer needs, and contribute to continuous process improvements. Individuals in this role are expected to uphold the company’s customer service standards and actively participate in the positive, team-oriented culture. Qualifications Strong customer service focus, with the ability to build relationships and respond effectively to client needs. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with customers, carriers, and internal teams. Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines. Basic understanding of logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations; experience in a 3PL environment is an asset. Proficiency with common office software (e.g., MS Office) and the ability to learn logistics or warehouse management systems. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work in a close-knit team and support colleagues when needed. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail for resolving shipment issues and maintaining accurate records. Willingness to work on-site in Mississauga, ON, and participate in occasional company and team events. Post-secondary education in logistics, business, supply chain, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
