PAY: $57,000 a year SHIFT: Mon - Fri 7am - Finish POSITION SUMMARY The IBD Analyst is responsible for the creation, maintenance, tracking, and issue resolution of Inbound Deliveries (IBDs) to ensure accurate and timely receipt of goods across Distribution Centers (DCs). This role serves as a key liaison between Supply Chain, Planning, Buyers, IT, and DC operations to maintain data integrity within SAP and support inbound flow efficiency. The position manages high transaction volumes, averaging approximately 360 lines per week across multiple DC locations. Additionally, this role serves as the secondary point of coordination for excess and obsolete inventory, off-site storage partnerships, and network-wide inventory health, while driving continuous improvement initiatives that reduce cost, improve service levels, and increase operational efficiency. This role is also a part of the HYH Field Operations team providing any needed project, site level, or SWAT support when needed. RESPONSIBILITIES (Exclude if less than 15%) Inbound Delivery (IBD) Creation • Create Inbound Deliveries (IBDs) in SAP (VL31N) per container. • Add container information to corresponding IBD deliveries. • Cross-reference P2D and Yard reports to validate delivery dates and line accuracy. • Create IBDs once material is in transit, typically one week prior to arrival to support accurate scheduling. IBD Delivery Date Management • Update delivery dates within SAP (ME22N) based on Goods Receipt (GR) changes. • Ensure alignment between Purchase Orders (POs), IBDs, and actual transit timelines. Weekly IBD Tracking & Reporting • Maintain and distribute a Weekly IBD Tracking Report (Excel-based). • Ensure all Distribution Centers and cross-functional partners have visibility to IBD status versus container arrivals. …
