INSPYR SolutionsABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY We are seeking a detail-oriented Sourcing and Contracts professional to support logistics procurement, contract management, and supplier operations. This role will partner cross-functionally to manage contracts, purchase orders, pricing analysis, RFPs, supplier onboarding, and reporting while ensuring data accuracy, resolving stakeholder issues, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate brings strong enterprise logistics and supply chain expertise, commercial negotiation skills, and experience supporting complex, global procurement operations. KEY SUCCESS FACTORS Logistics & Warehousing Expertise: Strong experience in enterprise logistics, multi-modal shipping, warehousing, distribution, and supply chain operations. Sourcing & Contract Management: Experience managing contracts, purchase orders, RFPs, supplier relationships, pricing analysis, and commercial negotiations. Analytical & Stakeholder Management Skills: Strong attention to detail, data analysis, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders, resolve issues, and improve processes in a global environment. Must be a self starter NICE TO HAVES Global Procurement Experience: Experience supporting multi-regional teams, international suppliers, customs clearance, customs brokerage, and Incoterms. Tools & Reporting Proficiency: Proficiency with Google Workspace, Excel, Slack, sourcing platforms, spend dashboards, and supplier KPI reporting. Process Improvement & Commercial Analysis: Experience optimizing procurement processes, conducting bid comparisons and rate analysis, auditing invoices, and driving cost savings.
