We operate with small teams, established processes and a low profile. We are engaging a Logistics Specialist on contract to coordinate product shipments across North America and Asia. The work is operational and precise: courier bookings, customs documentation, and accurate records from allocation through delivery. Responsibilities Coordinate outbound shipments across North America and Asia Prepare customs documentation and commercial invoices for apparel, accessories and footwear Book couriers, track parcels end to end and resolve exceptions Maintain accurate inventory, allocation and delivery records Coordinate with receiving hubs and recipients on delivery windows Qualifications Experience with international courier operations (DHL, FedEx, UPS) Working knowledge of customs paperwork for apparel, accessories and footwear (HS codes, commercial invoices) Precise record-keeping and attention to detail Ability to work independently within established guidelines Availability in PST or EST time zones Mandarin is a plus Applications are received at sceau.cc under Open Positions.
