Job Title: Logistics Specialist
Location: Houston TX 77002
Work Schedule: 1st Shift, 40/hrs a week
Contract: 6 Month initial contract.

• Familiarity with energy trading or scheduling systems
• Understanding of natural gas markets, pipeline operations, and transportation regulations
• Ability to interpret contracts and regulatory documents
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
• Conduct studies on internal and external factors affecting transportation services profitability and processes
• Support the development, implementation, refinement, and maintenance of internal controls
• Help ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Work with Gas Supply, Volume Administration, Customer Billing, and Regulatory/Rate departments to ensure accurate and timely information
• Collaborate with experienced peers on SAP-related resources and processes
• Support the development of new business processes and improvements to existing processes within Transportation Services and Gas Supply
• Help maintain efficient, low-cost processes across transportation services territories
