Responsibilities Include

Multi-Functional Operations: Rotate through material handling, shipping and receiving, and packing departments.

Inventory Accuracy: Maintain precise records using ERP/MRP systems to track stock levels and material movement.

Shipping Coordination: Prepare outbound shipments using UPS, FedEx, and other specialized labeling systems.

Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move raw materials and finished goods.

Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret Bills of Materials (BOMs), work orders, and complex packing specifications.

Quality Control: Ensure all items are packed according to specific standards to prevent damage and ensure customer satisfaction.

Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the warehouse flow and suggest solutions to improve efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications
Education & Experience

Required: High school diploma or GED/HiSET.

Experience: 2–4 years of experience in inventory control, shipping, or packing within a manufacturing environment.
Technical Proficiency

Systems: Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (experience with IQMS is a significant plus).

Software: Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and digital inventory tracking tools.

Logistics Tools: Familiarity with shipping software (UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager) and industrial labeling systems.
Physical & Environmental Requirements

Strength: Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.

Stamina: Ability to stand or walk for extended periods on a manufacturing floor.

Environment: Must be comfortable working around active machinery and raw materials.
