Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and organized Logistics Specialist to support our day-to-day logistics and warehouse operations. This position is responsible for coordinating the movement of goods, maintaining accurate inventory and shipment records, and helping ensure orders are processed and delivered efficiently. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Previous logistics or warehouse experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates. Responsibilities Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments Prepare, review, and maintain shipping and receiving documentation Track orders, shipments, and inventory movement Verify quantities and inspect incoming and outgoing goods for accuracy Communicate with warehouse staff, carriers, vendors, and other team members Assist with scheduling pickups and deliveries Maintain accurate inventory and logistics records Identify and report shipment delays, discrepancies, or damaged goods Assist with receiving, staging, labeling, and organizing products as needed Ensure orders are prepared and processed according to company procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures Perform other logistics and warehouse-related duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in logistics, shipping, receiving, warehousing, or a related field is preferred Basic computer and data-entry skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to communicate effectively with team members Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift and move materials as required by the position Pay: $25.00 - $30.10 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Flexible schedule Parental leave Retirement plan Tuition reimbursement Work Location: In person
