Logistics Specialist

Job Overview Livecchi Custom Cycles is seeking a reliable and organized Logistics Specialist to support parts, inventory, and day-to-day motorcycle service and custom-build operations. You’ll coordinate parts orders, deliveries, inventory, and vendor communication while ensuring technicians have the right materials to keep projects moving efficiently. What You’ll Do Source, order, receive, inspect, and organize motorcycle parts and materials. Maintain accurate inventory and monitor stock levels. Prepare parts for repairs, custom builds, and performance projects. Verify shipments for accuracy and quality. Coordinate with suppliers and track orders and deliveries. Assist customers with parts inquiries, special orders, and updates. Help identify compatible OEM and aftermarket components. Maintain organized and safe parts storage and shop areas. Support technicians by ensuring needed materials are available on schedule. What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. Experience with motorcycle, powersports, automotive, or parts operations is a plus. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Basic computer and inventory-management skills.
