Role Description The Logistics Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Sunnyvale/ Mountain View, CA. This role manages day-to-day logistics operations, including coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery to customers and project sites. The Logistics Specialist collaborates with internal teams and external partners to optimize supply chain workflows, manage export documentation, and resolve shipment issues. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and delivering responsive customer service to internal and external stakeholders. The role requires close attention to detail, proactive communication, and the ability to support logistics needs for complex, technology-driven projects. Qualifications Inventory & Asset Management: Organize, track, and maintain accurate inventory levels for a high volume of testing devices, lab equipment, and specialized components. Inbound/Outbound Shipping: Coordinate domestic and international transit of sensitive hardware prototypes, ensuring strict compliance with trade regulations and Client's asset security standards. Lab Support & Dock Schedules: Manage warehouse dock schedules and collaborate closely with test engineers to route hardware efficiently into OmniLab test beds. Data Integration: Maintain flawless logs and data records within internal logistics software, tracking components from reception to deployment and retirement.
