Rotating 2-Week Schedule: Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday Hours: Sunday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-6:30 PM; Friday-Saturday, 7:00 AM-2:30 PM. How you create impact Supervise and develop the performance of your team through effective training, coaching, and motivational strategies Drive a culture of belonging in a diverse workforce where all associates feel safe, valued, and included Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide timely feedback to team members Implement strategies to ensure the highest quality of work, optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity, and meet or exceed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) Ensure safe operations and healthy environments for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors Ensure shipments are accurate and free of damage, product is counted, and all necessary records and reports are completed accurately and on time Help maintain the security of the warehouse and assure the integrity of inventory Implement continuous improvement action plans Be flexible to work overtime and perform other responsibilities as needed What we would like you to bring High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of experience in a warehouse environment 2 or more years in a supervisory role At least 1 year of experience operating powered industrial trucks Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.
