Job Description Comes with a min of 4-6 years experience into Sales Identify, prospect, and onboard new shippers across North America. Build a strong pipeline through cold outreach, referrals, networking, and market research. Present brokerage capabilities, service offerings, and competitive advantages to potential clients. Understand client freight profiles, seasonal patterns, and operational requirements. Provide proactive updates, resolve issues quickly, and ensure a smooth customer experience. Develop competitive pricing based on market conditions, capacity trends, and lane dynamics. Negotiate rates and service agreements that balance client needs with company profitability. Identify opportunities to increase wallet share through additional lanes or service types. Skills Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, email marketing, social media advertising (especially Facebook Ads), and analytics tools like Google Analytics. Skilled in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating engaging visual content. Ability to conduct thorough research on market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions. Excellent communication skills for crafting compelling messaging across various channels. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data insights into actionable strategies.
