Logistics Route Driver & Shipping Associate Company: Moldtronics, Inc. | Location: Downers Grove, IL (703 Rogers St, Downers Grove, IL 60515) | Compensation: $20/hour | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM | Employment Type: Full Time, Hourly (Non-Exempt) A day in the role At 7:30 AM, you review your route, check the Ford box truck or F-150, and hit the road with precision. By late morning, you’re greeting customers, confirming paperwork, and unloading parts with care. Midday, you’re back on-site pitching in with shipping—picking, packing, labeling—and keeping the warehouse organized so orders move fast. In the afternoon, you close out deliveries, verify signatures, and complete a quick vehicle inspection so everything’s ready for tomorrow. What you’ll handle Driving & Delivery (Primary) Transport products and materials safely to customers and suppliers Load and unload items, maintaining accuracy and protecting product quality Follow planned routes and timing to meet customer commitments Verify delivery documents and collect required signatures Conduct routine vehicle checks and report issues promptly Operate company vehicles confidently: a box truck and a Ford F‑150 Shipping & Warehouse Support (As Needed) Assist with picking, packing, staging, and labeling outbound orders Keep materials organized and work areas clean and efficient Support warehouse flow during slower delivery windows Help ensure accurate, on-time order processing What you bring Valid driver’s license with a clean record Experience in delivery, logistics, or warehousing preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded Works well independently and with a team Comfort operating a box truck and Ford F‑150 Skills that set you apart Excellent time management and reliability Sharp attention to detail Adaptable to changing priorities Strong work ethic and clear communication Work setting Mix of road time and warehouse work Exposure to weather and temperature changes Pay, perks, and schedule $20 per hour Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Holiday pay Paid time off Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM About Moldtronics, Inc.
