Bellwether Staffing SolutionsSenior Specialist, Logistics Product & Project Management Location: Blythewood, SC Compensation: $100K–$120K base + Bonus + Full Benefits Package We are currently recruiting for a Senior Specialist, Logistics Product & Project Management in Blythewood, SC who will be a key leader within the Logistics Planning organization, driving both product‑related logistics strategy and cross‑functional project execution. This role blends logistics product planning, systems expertise, and end‑to‑end project ownership — supporting new model development, sourcing decisions, CAPEX planning, and major change‑management initiatives. You will act as the logistics voice in product development, engineering, and sourcing discussions while managing complex, multi‑departmental projects from concept through implementation. Success requires strong analytical capability, executive‑level communication, and the ability to influence across Engineering, Procurement, Production, IT, and Finance. Responsibilities: Product & Logistics Planning Represent Logistics in product sourcing decisions, Model Line meetings, and make‑versus‑buy analyses. Evaluate part changes from a logistics perspective, including packaging, routing, warehouse impact, and material flow. Coordinate logistics cost evolution tied to Aeko evaluations and product‑change KPIs. Lead change‑management processes for part changes, including impact assessments, budget planning, and implementation tracking. Support Material Flow Engineers and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. Project Leadership & Execution Manage assigned logistics planning and product‑change projects from planning through implementation using Agile and hybrid methodologies. Coordinate high‑level logistics projects tied to product development, including layout changes and new model integration. Monitor and control project budgets, timelines, risks, and resources. Identify and implement process improvements and best practices in logistics and supply chain planning. Prepare presentations, reports, and recommendations for department leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered. Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics engineering, material flow, supply chain planning, manufacturing logistics, or project management. PMP certification desired; Agile PM certification (PMI‑ACP, Scrum Master) strongly preferred. Proven success managing complex, multi‑departmental projects and product‑lifecycle logistics planning. Experience supporting CAPEX planning, cost analysis, and project budget tracking. Advanced proficiency with MS Project, AutoCAD, SAP, Smartsheet, Pack Assist, Catia V5, and related engineering/project tools. Exceptional communication and stakeholder‑management skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership. Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and provide logistics‑driven recommendations for sourcing and product decisions. Familiarity with ISO standards, sustainability initiatives, and regulatory compliance (DOT, OSHA, VBA, IATSA). Local candidates only. Must be in a commutable range to Blythewood, SC.
