will support essential warehouse functions and help maintain Capstone’s commitment to smooth, accurate, and high-quality operational processes.
Role and Responsibilities:
As a Logistics Order Selector, you will handle the selection, organizing, and preparation of products for outbound shipments. Your work will directly support accurate order fulfillment and efficient warehouse operations.
• Pick items from assigned warehouse locations based on detailed order instructions.
• Use equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and related warehouse tools safely and effectively.
• Confirm all products are labeled correctly and placed in their designated storage areas.
• Inspect items for potential damage and report any issues to leadership.
• Fulfill orders promptly and accurately to meet customer expectations and deadlines.
• Participate in recurring inventory counts and audits to help maintain stock accuracy.
• Adhere to all established warehouse safety guidelines and operational procedures.
• Work with team members and supervisors to support and improve workflow efficiency.
Required Skills and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Previous experience in warehouse functions or order selection is preferred.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
• Strong attention to detail and effective organizational skills.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Physical capability to lift, move, and handle heavy materials.
• Basic understanding of warehouse safety protocols and standard procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) or order processing technology.
• Forklift certification or previous experience operating similar equipment.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekend or evening shifts when needed.
