Logistics Operations Supervisor (Container Pickup, Unloading & Delivery) Location — City of Industry, CA 91748 Responsibilities Oversee container pickup, warehouse unloading, freight delivery, and empty container returns. Track progress at each stage. Coordinate with carriers, drivers, dispatchers, and warehouse staff to schedule arrivals, prioritize unloading, and assign warehouse crews. Monitor terminal appointments and pickup and return deadlines. Resolve delays, shortages, cargo damage, and delivery issues. Supervise daily warehouse operations and verify unloading records, proofs of delivery, and related paperwork. Qualifications Experience in container logistics, port drayage dispatch, warehouse operations, or freight transportation. Ability to coordinate independently with carriers and warehouse teams and resolve operational issues promptly. Team leadership experience and familiarity with container pickup and return procedures at the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach are preferred.
