Location: Los Angeles, CA Role Overview: Miaou is seeking a highly organized and experienced Manager, Logistics & Operations to oversee the day-to-day movement of inventory and orders across our DTC and wholesale businesses. This role will own logistics from the point goods are ready to ship from production through final delivery to our warehouse, wholesale partners, and customers. The ideal candidate has strong fashion/apparel experience and is comfortable working cross-functionally across Production, Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and external warehouse and logistics partners. The role requires someone who is extremely detail-oriented, proactive, and able to identify operational issues before they impact customers or revenue. Key Responsibilities: Inventory & Warehouse Operations Own day-to-day communication and management of 3PL and warehouse partners Maintain clear visibility into inbound inventory, receiving dates, available inventory, and outbound shipments Ensure inventory is received, allocated, put away, and reflected accurately in company systems Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies between internal systems and warehouse records Oversee returns processing, restocking, and inventory adjustments Establish clear processes and accountability around warehouse performance Wholesale & DTC Fulfillment Oversee fulfillment across wholesale, e-commerce, specialty, major, off-price, and dropship channels Track open orders and ensure goods ship accurately and on time Partner closely with Sales on order status, allocations, extensions, cancellations, and shipping deadlines Manage routing, compliance, EDI requirements, shipping documentation, and account-specific requirements Proactively identify orders at risk of missing delivery windows and escalate issues Partner with Finance to resolve chargebacks, deductions, payment holds, and shipping discrepancies Inbound Logistics Track finished goods from production through warehouse receipt Maintain visibility into WIP, ex-factory dates, freight bookings, in-transit inventory, and expected warehouse delivery dates Coordinate domestic and international freight forwarders and shipping partners Ensure required customs and shipping documentation is accurate and complete Communicate delays and potential risks to relevant teams before they impact delivery Cross-Functional Operations Act as the operational liaison between Production, Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and warehouse partners Ensure teams have accurate and timely information regarding inventory and order status Support Customer Service with shipping information, proof of delivery, returns, and fulfillment-related issues Develop clear workflows and processes to improve communication and accountability across departments Reporting & Accountability Maintain a weekly logistics and fulfillment WIP Provide management with clear reporting on: Incoming inventory and expected receipt dates Open wholesale orders DTC fulfillment Late or at-risk shipments Returns Inventory discrepancies Warehouse performance Chargebacks and compliance issues Lead weekly logistics/operations meetings and ensure action items are followed through to completion Identify recurring operational issues and implement processes to prevent them Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in logisti…
