Logistics/Operations Manager

Logistics Coordinator We are looking for someone to work in our operations department of our company. We are looking for someone who is goal oriented and wants to grow with us. Need someone who can communicate and negotiate well with customers and service partners. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Plan and coordinate pick up and delivery schedules Work with shippers, carriers, and dispatchers to manage schedules Update customers on status of shipments Respond to customer request and present solutions Negotiate with customers and carriers Ensure paperwork and data is correct Skills: Experience in customer service would be appreciated Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities Computer-savvy with working knowledge of transportation software Excellent communication skills Experience in the transportation industry is a plus Job Types: Full-time Benefits: Paid time off Supplemental Pay: Bonus opportunities Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Dispatching: 1 year (Preferred) Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person Pay: $60,000.00 - $68,500.00 per year Work Location: In person
