Company Description C2C supports large MultiNational Companies and leading brands for industrial and retail products across multiple warehouse locations within the continental US and abroad. This is why our main locations are by major ports/airports/rail yards, facilitating smooth and timely cargo recovery. We grew from a small operation in 2021 into a multi location 3PL with about 1 million sqft and 15+ million dollar operation. Role Description Coast to Coast Logistics (C2C) Logistics Operations Manager’s primary role is to manage multi-site Operations in Los Angeles, within three locations of 60,000 (Santa Fe Springs Headquarters), 110,000 (Rancho Dominguez) and 110,000 sqft (Santa Fe Springs). Will lead the three warehouse teams in terms of customer service (4 representatives) and daily activities (1 Warehouse Manager, 2 supervisors and 15 warehouse operators, flexing up and down with up to 20 temps depending on client’s requirements). Support on quotations, sales and warehouse visits for prospective customers. Logistics Operations Manager will also manage and provide leadership for other C2C warehouses in the US, both C2C operated (70,000 sqft Phoenix, 220,000 sqft Houston, 220,000 sqft Dallas) and non-C2C operated (450,000 sqft in NJ, 110,000 sqft in Seattle, and other locations mandated by short and long term projects from our clients). Travel is required at an average 25% of the time both to visit current C2C operations out of Los Angeles and also to establish new warehouse operations through warehouse leasing, setup and man up processes in locations to be defined by our clients’ needs. This role is also in charge of our large transportation projects, from inception, design and quotation up to setup, implementation and day to day management through assigned Customer Service reps and coordination with shipping or receiving own and/or third party warehouses or project sites. These transportation projects go from 100 up to 800 or more loads coming from ocean or inland ports into warehouse or project sites with a duration of 2 weeks up to 3 months. Reports to company COO. Establish work procedures and standards that allow C2C to compete at the highest level of the logistics service providers in the USA. 2. Develop and maintains operational plans to include all business requirements. This includes: objectives, targets, labor hours, KPIs, action plans, and budgets consistent with goals set by management. Meet financial objectives for the facility. 3. Thorough experience on WMS; utilizing full functionality including RF and implementing it at owned and third party warehouses. 4. Must be able to use management and performance functionality of WMS to drive efficiency. TMS experience to include management of inbound and outbound loads, transload operations and KPI management. 5. Ensures all established costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met. 6. Coordinates activities with all other functions of the organization and suppliers to obtain optimum productivity and utilization of human resources, IT, and equipment. 7.
