Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay: $90,000 – $110,000 annually Health & Wellness: Company-paid Life Insurance Policy and Employee Assistance Program; Medical, Dental, Vision; Supplemental Life Insurance; LTD/STD Retirement: Company-sponsored 401K Retirement Plan with company match Other Benefits: Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off Location: Dallas, TX., On-site Department: Operations Reports To: Executive Management Team OVERVIEW: We are seeking a Logistics Operations Manager with a strong operational mindset to lead, coordinate, and continuously improve end-to-end logistics activities. This role is ideal for former military leaders who excel in mission execution, resource management, and leading diverse teams in fast-paced environments. Your experience in planning, movement, supply, accountability, risk mitigation, and personnel leadership directly aligns with this role. RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead daily logistics operations to ensure on-time, on-budget, and mission-ready execution Plan and execute high-volume distribution operations with strict time, cost, and quality requirements Manage and develop frontline supervisors and operational team; establish clear expectations, accountability, and performance standards Translate strategic objectives into operational plans and execution timelines Monitor KPIs, readiness metrics, and cost controls; implement continuous process improvement Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners to remove operational obstacles Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards Identify operational risks and develop contingency and mitigation plans We strongly encourage applications from: Veterans, transitioning service members, and reservists Leaders with experience in: o Supply chain, 3PL, inventory control, warehouse/stockroom operations o Operations planning and execution o Team leadership in high-reliability or mission-critical environments o Resource allocation, asset accountability, and logistics readiness What We Offer Competitive compensation and benefits Leadership autonomy and clear performance objectives Dynamic professional development environment QUALIFICATIONS: 5+ years of logistics, operations, supply chain, 3PL leadership experience Proven ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines Strong planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Experience using operational data to drive performance Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience) EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY On-Target is an equal employment opportunity provider.
