Logistics Operations Coordinator (2+ years EXP Required)

Overview We are a growing trucking company looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as an Logistics Operations Coordinator. This is a hands-on role that combines light warehouse work with office responsibilities to help keep our daily operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment where every day looks a little different. T his role requires someone who can stay organized, manage paperwork, and always know what is going on with freight, drivers, and customer orders. You will be responsible for palletizing freight correctly, labeling it accurately, and keeping track of what needs to be done throughout the day. This is not a passive position you are essentially ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. We need someone who is proactive, reliable, and confident in managing multiple moving parts without losing accuracy. You will be the central point of coordination in our operation, and your accuracy keeps everything running smoothly. We will train you on our systems and processes. What matters most is your reliability and attention to detail. Duties Provide quotes and top‑notch customer service Offer exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and providing support as needed Answer phones and respond to customer emails professionally Print, organize, and enter new orders into our system Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring all packages are processed correctly Unload trailers using a forklift (must be experienced) Open and input driver routes into the system each morning Dispatch drivers for same‑day orders when needed Jump in and handle local deliveries when needed (rare but valid driver’s license required) Requirements A team player who can take initiative and solve problems on the fly MUST be detail oriented Strong typing skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry Strong communication and organizational skills Previous experience in a similar role is preferred Forklift experience (required) Experience with office management, clerical duties, or customer support Comfortable using computers and basic software (we’ll train on our system) Must be comfortable stepping in for occasional local deliveries when needed Pay: $17–$20/hr based on experience Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Mon - Friday 8:30am to 5pm Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Experience: Logistics: 2 years (Required) Forklift/Warehouse: 1 year (Required) Ability to Commute: Jacksonville, FL 32218 (Required) Work Location: In person
