Serve as primary point of contact with Project Manager regarding their operational responsibilities, including uniform needs (field team shirts) and outreach materials (literature/lit)
Keep stakeholders informed of supply status, timelines, and any issues affecting field readiness
Canvass Manager Coordination
Communicate regularly with all Canvass Managers to identify team needs, including:
Weather gear (ponchos for rainy days)
Literature counts and restocking needs
Clipboards, bags, and other field equipment
Track and anticipate supply needs across all canvassing teams to prevent shortages
Field Support
Travel to field sites as needed to personally deliver supplies and ensure teams are equipped to work
Provide hands-on support wherever gaps arise — troubleshooting supply issues in real time
Monitor field conditions that may affect equipment needs (weather, location changes, team size shifts)
Campaign Manager Collaboration
Work directly with Campaign Managers to align logistics planning with overall campaign strategy and timelines
Report on inventory status, budget needs, and field readiness
Flag risks to field operations caused by supply or logistics gaps
