Logistics Manager

Position: Logistics Manager Location: Houston, TX – Onsite Employment: Full-Time We are looking for a Logistics Management professional to manage end-to-end hardware logistics, inventory, shipping, receiving, and storage operations. Key Responsibilities Manage hardware inventory, storage, receiving, and shipping. Track incoming and outgoing hardware and maintain accurate records. Perform equipment check-in/check-out and inventory audits. Verify received hardware against shipping manifests. Pack/unpack hardware and prepare shipping labels and documentation. Coordinate domestic and international shipments with carriers and vendors. Follow ESD guidelines when handling servers and electronic components. Track damaged/quarantined hardware and resolve inventory discrepancies. Move hardware between loading dock, storage, and lab areas. Maintain compliance with inbound/outbound shipping procedures. Document and improve logistics and inventory-control processes. Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams. Required Skills Strong Inventory Management experience. Experience with hardware/server logistics. Shipping & Receiving experience. Equipment check-in/check-out experience. Knowledge of ESD handling and procedures. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift 25–30 lbs. Experience operating server lifts and pallet jacks.
