SBH FashionJob Title: Logistics Manager / Director The Opportunity Seeking a Logistics Manager / Director to oversee the movement of product from manufacturing partners through warehousing and customer delivery. This hands-on role will serve as the primary point of contact for Bergen Logistics, the brand’s third-party logistics partner, as well as freight forwarders and domestic partners. Working closely with the COO, this person will manage international and domestic logistics, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure product arrives and orders ship on time. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, operational judgment, and experience supporting a growing fashion business. Key Responsibilities Transportation & Inbound Logistics Manage inbound shipments from manufacturing partners in Italy and domestically, coordinating pickup, transportation, and warehouse receipt. Serve as the primary contact for freight forwarders, carriers, and domestic logistics partners. Coordinate shipping documentation and work with freight forwarders and customs brokers to support timely customs clearance. Track shipments, communicate delivery timelines, and resolve delays or discrepancies. Monitor freight costs and evaluate shipping options to balance cost, speed, and reliability. Warehouse & Fulfillment Manage the day-to-day relationship with Bergen Logistics, overseeing receiving, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and returns. Coordinate warehouse priorities and ensure timely processing of inbound product and outbound orders. Resolve receiving discrepancies, fulfillment issues, damaged goods, and shipping exceptions. Monitor warehouse service levels, review invoices, and address operational or billing discrepancies. Establish clear communication and accountability across external partners and internal teams. Inventory & Systems Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records in Apparel Magic. Reconcile inventory between Apparel Magic and warehouse reporting, investigating and resolving discrepancies. Oversee inventory transfers, adjustments, and stock reconciliation in partnership with the warehouse. Maintain visibility into incoming inventory, product availability, and outstanding shipments. Operational Leadership Partner with the COO to improve logistics processes and support business growth. Develop and maintain procedures for shipping, receiving, fulfillment, and inventory control. Track operational performance, including delivery timing, fulfillment accuracy, freight costs, and inventory discrepancies. Identify risks early and recommend practical solutions to improve efficiency and service. Qualifications Relevant logistics, supply chain, or operations experience within fashion, apparel, footwear, or accessories. Experience managing a third-party logistics provider and coordinating international and domestic freight. Familiarity with imports from Europe, shipping documentation, and customs clearance processes. Experience with Apparel Magic strongly preferred; familiarity with Bergen Logistics is a plus. Strong inventory management, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities with close attention to detail. Clear communication skills and confidence managing external partner relationships. Willingness to work in the Downtown Los Angeles office five days per week. Salary $90,000-$110,000
